Naked Pumpkin Cake Class: Pumpkin Spice Cake with Espresso Buttercream 

Join us for this hands-on class where you'll learn to bake, cut, layer, and decorate your very own Naked Pumpkin Spice Cake with rich Espresso Buttercream! We'll guide you through the process of creating this beautiful, rustic cake from start to finish, including baking the perfect pumpkin spice cake layers, making silky espresso buttercream, and assembling your 6-inch masterpiece.

For the final touch, you’ll get to decorate your cake with fresh or dried flowers and other seasonal embellishments for a stunning fall centerpiece. And of course, you’ll get to take your creation and the recipe home!

Class runs 2 1/2-3 hours

Before signing up please read class policy.

All classes start at immediately at 6:00.pm.

Class maximum occupancy is 6-8 students.

Pre-registration is required.

Class fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know 24 hours ahead and we can transfer you into another class. Classes with fewer than 4 enrolled will be cancelled. If this happens we will call you by phone/email the day before. You will have the choice of transferring to another class or receiving a full refund.

All evenings include recipes, training, shopping for ingredients and menu planning. Please plan to arrive on time.

We recommend comfortable clothes and bring your own apron. Closed toed shoes are required to be in the kitchen.

If you have a group if 4-6 people you are more than welcome to register. However, given the limited space and popularity of our classes we may not always have the space available. Book early or contact us for your own private class.

Unless noted in the class description kids 14-17 are welcomed to attend a class held at NFCC with an adult 18 years or older. Two seats will need to be purchased to do so. We will also require a waiver to be signed by guardian and kid(s) attending the class. Please email us when you have signed up with a kid so we can have the waiver ready.
